Kabum Digital is hiring 04 Sales Representatives (m/f) for Beira, Maputo, Nampula, and Pemba, in Mozambique. This is an opportunity for commercially minded professionals with an interest in technology and the drive to present practical solutions to businesses and organizations. The role focuses on promoting and selling a productivity app powered by Artificial Intelligence tools, with an emphasis on prospecting, negotiation, and client follow-up.
Role overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing field sales activity, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the growth of the company’s internal projects. We are looking for proactive, organized people who can build strong client relationships while staying focused on targets and commercial results.
Key responsibilities
Present and sell a productivity app with more than 10 Artificial Intelligence tools to businesses and organizations.
Plan daily, weekly, and monthly visits in line with defined commercial goals.
Prospect new clients and expand the company’s presence in the listed areas.
Lead negotiations and support the sales closing process.
Manage the client portfolio, fostering medium- and long-term relationships.
Monitor the market, identify opportunities, and collect orders.
Profile and requirements
Completed 12th grade or equivalent.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and regular Internet use.
Own a computer, smartphone, and have Internet access.
Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a commercial mindset.
Ability to negotiate, organize routes, and manage time efficiently.
English language skills will be considered an advantage.
Previous sales experience will be valued.
Availability for a fixed-term contract of uncertain duration.
