Food for the Hungry Association (FH), a Christian non-governmental, non-profit organization, is recruiting 10 Enumerators for Gorongosa to support data collection for an Annual Results Monitoring study under its Child-Focused Community Transformation Program. This is a temporary opportunity with a 9-day contract, expected to take place in May, and is best suited to candidates who are available immediately, comfortable with fieldwork, and interested in field research.

The selected professionals will support information gathering within communities, ensuring reliable, objective, and useful data for evaluating the program’s results. Key responsibilities
Successfully complete enumerator training before the start of fieldwork.
Conduct interviews and community consultations in line with the approved plan.
Collect credible, consistent, and objective data in accordance with the study standards.
Report collected data and activity progress to the assigned supervisor.
Comply with the established criteria for field data collection.
Meet the targets set for the survey period.
Profile and requirements
Currently enrolled in higher education in any field, or completion of Grade 12 with experience in similar assignments.
Previous experience in surveys, assessments, or data collection is an advantage.
Fluency in Portuguese and Sena and/or Ndau is required.
Residence in Gorongosa will be considered an advantage.
Ability to follow instructions, work in the field, and maintain accuracy in data collection.
