About the Role

TheOperations Manageris the central pillar of the organization's entire operational chain. This is the person who ensures that work schedules are followed with precision, that human and material resources are allocated intelligently and efficiently, and that quality and safety standards are upheld across all operational sites.

This professional acts as the link between the company's strategic leadership and the operational teams on the ground. Their presence is felt both in the control room and during site audits, as well as in incident response meetings and in monitoring the motivation and well-being of their teams.

Detailed Responsibilities

Operations Management and Planning

  • Develop and manage work schedulesfor all operational teams, ensuring adequate coverage across all shifts and locations without compromising service quality;
  • Ensure the efficient allocation of resources— both human and material — to key work areas, balancing operational needs with available resources in a sustainable and strategic manner;
  • Actively participate in the procurement process for security equipment, contributing technical expertise to the selection of the most suitable solutions for the organization's operational requirements.

Supervision and Control

  • Oversee the control room, ensuring that all monitoring systems are fully operational, that operators follow established protocols, and that information is processed and communicated swiftly and accurately;
  • Supervise property security officers and bodyguardsunder their remit, ensuring that all team members comply with security procedures, codes of conduct, and the specific requirements of each client or contract;
  • Conduct regular operational audits across sites, identifying procedural deviations, operational vulnerabilities, and improvement opportunities, and presenting detailed reports to management.

Incident Management and Quality

  • Participate in the security incident response process, coordinating the triage of occurrences, ensuring timely communication to stakeholders, and guaranteeing that escalation protocols are followed in all situations;
  • Handle customer complaintswith professionalism and effectiveness, investigating the root causes of each situation, implementing corrective measures, and maintaining a relationship of trust and transparency with clients;
  • Document all incidents, complaints, and corrective actions rigorously, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and the building of a solid operational track record.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Ensure the motivation, cohesion, and performance of your team, creating a positive, disciplined, and excellence-driven work environment where each team member understands their role and the impact of their work;
  • Identify training and development needs within the teams, proposing initiatives that raise the technical and behavioral standards of employees;
