The Attorney General’s Office (PGR), the highest body of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, has launched a recruitment process to fill vacancies across a range of technical, administrative, and operational areas. In carrying out its mandate, the institution safeguards legality, oversees compliance with the law, and protects the public and social interest. This is an opportunity to join a central institution within the justice system, with direct involvement in upholding the rule of law, public prosecution, and the protection of the rights of citizens and legal entities.

The application for admission to the recruitment process must be submitted in the form of a written request addressed to the Honourable Secretary-General of the Attorney General’s Office, clearly indicating the career path or category applied for and bearing a notarized signature.

  • Certified copy of academic qualifications certificate;

  • Detailed Curriculum Vitae;

  • Certified copy of Identity Card or Birth Certificate;

  • Original Criminal Record Certificate;

  • Original military service document;

  • Original medical certificate;

  • Certified copy of Driving Licence, applicable to candidates for the heavy vehicle driver category;

  • Declaration on honour stating that the applicant has not been expelled from the State apparatus, with notarization;

  • Copy of the NUIT card or declaration.

Practical information about the process

At the application screening stage, submission of the documents listed in points d), e), f), and g) is waived. All required documents must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Attorney General’s Office. Applicants are advised to prepare their applications carefully, ensuring that all documentation is properly identified and relevant to the role sought, in order to facilitate review and avoid disqualification on formal grounds.
