  • Innovation and Menu Creation: Develop new recipes and seasonal flavors, testing local and international ingredients to keep the menu appealing and competitive.
  • Inventory and Cost Management: Monitor stock levels, order raw materials efficiently and minimize waste, directly contributing to the restaurant's profitability.
  • Leadership and Training: Guide and train support teams, promoting a collaborative work environment and transferring specialized technical knowledge.
