Preferential Requirements

• Solid Academic Training: Bachelor's degree, master's degree or doctorate in the respective area of application is the first step to guarantee the rigor of teaching.
• Professional and/or Teaching Experience: Demonstration of practical experience in the sector or previous experience in higher education environments is highly valued.
• Pedagogical Certification: Possession of the Certificate B of Training of Trainers in Professional Education (ANEP) will be considered a significant advantage.
• Digital Literacy and Modern Methodologies: Fluent mastery of digital tools for teaching and applying active and student-centered methodologies.
