Responsibilities and Role Impact
As a Production Operator at INFARMA, you will be the central element of the manufacturing process. Your day-to-day life will be dynamic and technical, requiring constant attention to detail and strict adherence to established protocols.
Main Functions and Daily Challenges
- Precise Execution of Operations: Will perform all critical steps of production, including weighing raw materials, mixing, compression, encapsulation and coating. Your precision here is the first line of defense for the quality of the final product.
- Equipment Management and Hygiene: Will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of complex machinery. It will keep equipment impeccably clean, ensuring strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and preventing any contamination.
- Real-Time Quality Control: You will monitor critical parameters in production rooms, carrying out in-process controls and keeping meticulous records. Your ability to detect anomalies is crucial to avoiding waste and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Safety and Integrity Guarantee: You will ensure that all procedures contribute to the safety of the product, the operator and the environment, always remaining alert and prepared to act in accordance with the emergency manuals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for disciplined professionals, with relevant technical training and a quality-oriented mentality. Practical experience in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment is a significant differentiator, but attitude and ability to learn are equally valued.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Technical Training: Technical secondary level or equivalent training in areas such as Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Production, Mechanics or a related field.
- Recommended Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in industrial production, equipment operation or, preferably, in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of manufacturing processes, reading technical manuals and basic understanding of GMP concepts.
- Language Competence: Knowledge of the English language will be considered a competitive advantage, facilitating interaction with manuals and international standards.
