Role and Responsibilities

As a Project General Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating human and material resources, ensuring that work is carried out according to established plans and guidelines, in coordination with Project Management. This includes team management, problem analysis, and conflict resolution, as well as ensuring the quality and safety of the work.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in similar projects;

• Solid knowledge of:

  • Prefabrication

  • Combiwall execution and large tubular pile driving

  • Tensioning systems

  • Crown beam execution

• Solid knowledge of design and project analysis;

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools;

• Fluency in English (required);

• Problem analysis and resolution;

• Leadership;

• Teamwork;

• Availability for mobility.
