Main Responsibilities and Impact

The responsibilities of this role are broad and challenging, designed for those who have the ambition and ability to take charge of complex operations. You will be responsible for:

  • High-Level Institutional Representation: Be the voice and face of the OSR in your province, managing the institutional image and establishing effective communication channels with government authorities, partners and the community.
  • Strategic Management and Coordination: Lead the planning, execution and monitoring of all provincial programs and projects, ensuring alignment with national strategies and efficient use of resources.

  • Leadership of Safe Mobility Initiatives: Design and implement creative campaigns, events and field actions that promote road safety in an engaging and effective way.
  • Technical Analysis and Reporting: Collect accurate data on provincial road activation, analyze trends and prepare detailed reports that support OSR's strategic decisions.

  • Academic Training: Higher education completed or in progress (preferably in areas such as Management, International Relations, Communication, Engineering or Social Sciences).
  • Proven Experience: Demonstrate prior experience, even basic, in team coordination, volunteer work or project management. This proves your organizational and practical leadership skills.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent ability to influence, motivate and articulate with different audiences, from local communities to senior managers.
