Public Recruitment: 20 Vacancies for Service Agents – Maputo

20 vacancies are now open for Service Agents at the Maputo City Health Service, under a public recruitment process for entry into the State Administration. The notice was authorized by order of His Excellency the Secretary of State in Maputo City, dated 26 March 2026, under the General Statute of State Employees and Agents and the applicable legislation. The application period is 30 days, counted from the date of publication of this notice.

Application requirements

• Be of Mozambican nationality;

• Be at least 18 years old, provided that this age allows completion of at least 180 contributions for retirement purposes;

• Must not have been expelled from the State Administration;

• Must not be in retired status within the State Administration.

Required documents

The application must be submitted by means of a formal request addressed to His Excellency the Secretary of State in Maputo City, accompanied by a declaration on honour and the following documents:

• Certified copy of the Identity Card or Birth Certificate;

• Copy of the Single Tax Identification Number (NUIT);

• Certificate of mental health and physical fitness compatible with the activity to be carried out in the Public Administration;

• Certified copy of the academic certificate for 7th grade;

• Curriculum Vitae;

• Declaration proving regularized military status.

Selection process, validity, and submission location

The selection process will be carried out in two stages: CV screening and, subsequently, a written exam. The recruitment process will remain valid for three years, counted from the date of publication of the final ranking list in the Boletim da República.

Applications must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Maputo City Health Service, during normal office hours, at 1240 Avenida Maguiguana, within 30 days from the publication of this notice.
