Job Details

Our company is looking for someone between 21 and 35 years old, fluent in English (spoken and written), with good communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a creative spirit, proactive, and results-oriented. If you have experience in the area, it will be considered a great advantage.
Main Responsibilities
Receive and attend to customers, visitors, and suppliers;
Answer and forward phone calls;
Respond to company emails and messages;
Control the entry and exit of people;
Schedule meetings and organize the agenda;
Receive, record, and distribute correspondence;
Support administrative tasks (filing, copying, document scanning);
Maintain the reception organized and presentable;
Provide basic information about the company and services;
Coordinate with other departments when necessary.
