Manager Responsibilities

As the Restaurant and Bar Manager at Quinta dos Sabores, your main tasks will include:

• Operational Management: Supervising the daily operation of the restaurant, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and compliance with health standards, monitoring food preparation and presentation, and controlling service time and quality.

• Team Management: Coordinating chefs, assistants, waiters, and other staff, creating work schedules, training and guiding the team, evaluating performance, and maintaining discipline.

• Financial Control: Controlling inventory and purchases of supplies, reducing waste, monitoring operational costs, checking cash and financial reports.

• Customer Service: Resolving complaints, ensuring good service, maintaining quality and customer satisfaction standards.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a professional with experience in restaurant management, with leadership, communication, and financial control skills. The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience in restaurant management or a related field.
