Responsibilities and Daily Dynamics

Institutional Recruitment and Relationships

  • Aggressive and Intelligent Prospecting: Rigorous mapping of the territory in Tete, identification of potential customers from different segments and strategic commercial approach to scheduling high-impact face-to-face visits.
  • Customer Life Cycle Management: Full responsibility for opening accounts, rigorous activation of services and respective customer equipment with cards, USSD codes and Internet Banking credentials.
  • Transactional Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of the transactionality of captured customers, ensuring their fluid migration to the use of available digital platforms.

Commercial Support and Regulatory Compliance

  • Proximity Operations: Execution of commercial support activities in the scope of prospecting, ensuring that customer monitoring in the different segments of the business unit is impeccable.
  • Strict Adherence to Compliance: Operation always aligned with the standards, banking security procedures and values established by the organization, guaranteeing zero operational deviations.
  • Transversal Execution: Carrying out all activities inherent to the commercial function, from reporting metrics to managing stakeholder expectations internal.

Academic and Technicians

  • Mandatory Higher Education: Degree in Management, Financial and Banking Management, Communication, Marketing, Accounting and Auditing, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration or other similar recognized areas.
  • Differentiating Commercial Training: Specific and certified training in the sales area constitutes a competitive advantage highly valued by the recruitment jury.
  • Previous Experience: Proven experience in the commercial area, specifically in attracting customers and promoting financial or similar products and services.
  • Digital Proficiency: Absolute and practical mastery of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Cultural Connection: Knowledge of the local language of Tete province (understanding and fluid conversation) represents a huge advantage in approaching the market.

  • Eligibility Limits: Age not exceeding 28 years old (mandatory and non-negotiable requirement) and proven Mozambican Nationality.
