Kabum Digital is recruiting Sales Representatives to work in Maputo, Beira, Nampula, and Pemba, Mozambique. This role is ideal for candidates with a sales profile, an interest in technology, and the motivation to present productivity solutions powered by Artificial Intelligence to companies and organizations.

Role overview

This vacancy comes as part of the expansion of Kabum Digital’s internal projects. The professional will be responsible for promoting and selling a productivity app with more than 10 Artificial Intelligence tools, handling prospecting, negotiation, and client portfolio follow-up with a focus on results and long-term relationships.

Main responsibilities

  • Present and sell Artificial Intelligence productivity solutions to companies and organizations.

  • Plan daily, weekly, and monthly visits according to defined sales targets.

  • Prospect new clients and develop business opportunities in the assigned areas.

  • Lead negotiations and support the closing of sales.

  • Manage the client portfolio and strengthen long-term business relationships.

  • Monitor the market, identify new opportunities, and collect orders.

Desired profile

  • Completed 12th grade or equivalent.

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Internet browsing.

  • Computer, smartphone, and Internet access.

  • Clear communication, persuasion skills, and a commercial mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of negotiation, route planning, and time management.

  • English knowledge will be considered an advantage.

  • Previous sales experience will be valued.

  • Availability for a fixed-term contract of uncertain duration.
