Job Description

As a Security Technician, you will play a key role in protecting Mota-Engil's interests, contributing to the business continuity plan of the group's companies, the risk management system, and the corporate strategic advantage. Additionally, you will help ensure compliance with regulations and quality certifications in the dimension of Corporate Security.

Requirements and Skills

• Higher education in Military Sciences, Police Sciences, Security Management, Security Studies, Law, International Relations, or a related field of study;

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the Armed Forces or Security Forces and Services or Intelligence Services, in command or leadership positions, with proven knowledge of security principles and best practices;

• Mastery of Office tools;

• Fluent in English and Portuguese (required);

• Customer-oriented;

• Leadership, motivation, and team building;

• Market/business-oriented;

• Availability for mobility.
