• Integral Management of Complex Claims: Leading from the ground up to complete large-scale or highly technically complex claims processes, ensuring in-depth analyzes and fair and efficient resolutions.
• Network Technical Coordination: Effectively coordinate work between independent experts, policyholders, and internal teams. Your ability to manage this knowledge network will be fundamental to the speed and quality of reports.
• Process Monitoring and Finalization: Implement and supervise monitoring mechanisms that ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory deadlines, from opening to final settlement.
• High Level Relationship Management: Be the trusted technical partner for corporate clients, insurance brokers and strategic partners, adding value through of its specialized knowledge.
• Recovery, Subrogation and Salvages: Develop and execute proactive strategies for the recovery of values and the optimized management of salvaged assets, maximizing the financial return for the insurer.
• Reinsurance Management (Treaties and Optional): Prepare and analyze proposals, ensure compliance of reports and act as a technical liaison with reinsurers, a crucial function for the company's risk allocation company.
• Technical and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all processes and decisions are in perfect alignment with current legislation and internal policies, mitigating legal and reputational risks.
• Technical Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Not only execute, but also identify opportunities to optimize workflows, implement good practices and serve as a technical reference for less experienced colleagues.
