As Senior Contracts and Claims Engineer, you will be the guardian of contractual integrity and the strategist in risk mitigation. Your responsibilities are multifaceted and high-impact, including:

• Leadership in the Contract Phase: Manage the complete cycle of reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts with customers, suppliers and subcontractors. This ranges from analyzing clauses in English and French to modeling terms that protect the organization.
