Role Mission and Impact
As a Senior Lecturer, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering classes in a virtual environment, ensuring academic excellence and student retention. Your work will go beyond the classroom: you will be a learning facilitator, a mentor, and an agent of digital transformation in education.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver classes in a virtual learning environment, using platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
- Develop instructional content suited to distance learning, including multimedia materials and interactive activities.
- Facilitate synchronous and asynchronous sessions, promoting active participation and critical discussion among students.
- Design, administer, and grade assessments, providing constructive and personalized feedback that drives academic progress.
- Monitor students' academic progress, identifying challenges and delivering individualized pedagogical support.
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of teaching programs and methodologies, contributing innovations and best practices.
Candidate Profile and Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, the candidate must demonstrate a unique combination ofacademic excellence,proven e-learning experienceandthe ability to work independently. The requirements are rigorous and aimed at selecting the best professionals.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree— a Master's or Doctoral degree will be considered a competitive advantage.
- Minimum of 15 years of teaching experience, preferably in higher education institutions or international programs.
- Proven experience in Distance Learning (E-learning), with proficiency in platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, or similar.
- Oral and written fluency in Portuguese and English, for communication with students and international partners.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and educational technology skills.
- A strong sense of ethics and professionalism, with a commitment to academic excellence.
- Ability to work independently and results-oriented, with flexibility and innovation.
- Resident in the locality of Changalane, Namaacha district, or willingness to relocate to the region.
