Main Responsibilities

As a Servant, your daily activities will be focused on ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintenance and Cleaning: Ensure the hygiene and conservation of all work areas, offices and common facilities at INAR.
  • Logistics Support: Assist in the transport of documents, materials and small loads within the facilities and, when necessary, between buildings.
  • Space Organization: Keep files, deposits and reception areas organized and accessible to the team.
  • Reception and Routing: Assist with the reception of visitors and the initial routing of applicants and refugees, in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Collaboration with the Team: Perform various tasks requested by superiors or colleagues from other sections, promoting teamwork.

Ideal Candidate Profile

INAR is looking for a committed, discreet professional with a strong sense of responsibility. The essential requirements to apply are:

  • Nationality: Mozambican.
  • Age: Minimum 18 years old.
  • Health: Mental health and physical capacity compatible with the activities to be carried out.
  • Personal Status: Not retired or retired, with regularized military status.
  • Qualifications: Complete primary level is the minimum required.
  • Value: Having experience working with refugees and asylum seekers will be considered a significant advantage.
