The National Institute for Support to Refugees – INAR, IP, a public body under the supervision of the Ministry of the Interior of Mozambique, is recruiting 1 (one) Servant to join its team in the City of Maputo. This vacancy is part of the Project for Protection and Mixed Solutions for Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Mozambique, to be implemented in 2026 in partnership with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR).   • Ensure the daily cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, common areas and bathrooms;
  • Support in the preparation of spaces for events, meetings and institutional activities;
  • Ensure the conservation and good condition of cleaning materials and equipment;
  • Strictly comply with internal standards of conduct, hygiene and safety at work;
  • Collaborate on time in other operational support tasks, according to the institution's needs.

Profile and Requirements

Mandatory

  • Mozambican nationality;
  • Age equal to or over 18 years old;
  • Minimum educational qualifications at primary level;
  • Physical capacity and mental health compatible with the activities;
  • Regularized military status;
  • Not having been retired or retired from public service.

Valued Differentiators

  • Previous experience working with refugees, asylum seekers or in humanitarian contexts.

Required Documentation

Carefully prepare your resume and the following documents for the application:

  3. Certificate of educational qualifications authenticated;

Selection Process

Recruitment takes place in two phases:

  1. Assessment Documentary – screening of all submitted documentation;
  2. Interview – only for candidates approved in the documentary phase.

The competition is valid for 3 years counting from the publication of the final classification list.
