What the role involves

• Creation and management of an editorial calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business, aligned with the brand identity.

• Production of visual content (product photography, short videos, stories) focusing on jewelry and accessible luxury lifestyle.

• Monitoring engagement and reach metrics, proposing continuous improvements in campaigns.

• Customer service on social media, humanizing communication and strengthening the relationship with the audience.

• Researching trends in the jewelry sector and the Mozambican market to generate innovative ideas.

Which profile makes sense

• Proven experience in social media management (minimum 2 years), preferably in retail, luxury, or lifestyle brands.

• Portfolio with examples of campaigns that generated engagement and conversion.

• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) and basic video editing.

• Knowledge of the Mozambican digital ecosystem: consumption habits, local influencers, and most used platforms.

• Excellent written and visual communication, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.

• Proactivity, creativity, and results orientation.
