Core Responsibilities and Management of Daily Operations

The Store Sales Assistant is the guardian of the customer experience and the financial health of the point of sale. The role requires a highly methodical profile, capable of balancing cash operations with the commercial intelligence necessary to reach and exceed monthly targets.

Financial and Administrative Management

Accuracy in monetary flows is non-negotiable. The professional will be responsible for the strict opening and closing of the cash register, ensuring the absolute accuracy of the amounts transferred during working hours.

  • Cash opening and closing: Daily processing with full compliance and internal audit.
  • Secure deposits: Make bank or internal deposits strictly following the company's financial instructions.
  • CRM Management: Meticulous recording of contacts and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management system, feeding the commercial database.

Sales, Service and Loyalty

The heart of the store beats to the rhythm of service. The candidate is expected to transform each visitor into a satisfied and repeat customer.

  • Sales conversion: Proactive in-store service with an unwavering focus on achieving monthly goals established by management.
  • Cordial loyalty: Create a welcoming environment that promotes repurchase and organic brand recommendation.
  • Complaints management: Professional and empathetic recording of all customer complaints, transforming crises into opportunities for improvement.

Merchandising and Inventory Control

Visual presentation and stock availability are decisive factors in closing sales in agro-industrial retail.

  • Storage and replenishment: Continuous monitoring of stock in store, ensuring shelves are always stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stock counts: Execution of periodic audits and inventories to prevent losses and stockouts.
  • Product display: Active identification and dissemination of products on sale, as well as sharing display images with the sales team.
  • Certification and conservation: Ensure that product certificates are visible and that the conservation conditions in the store are impeccable.

Excellence Profile and Requirements Mandatory

We are looking for talent with a solid academic base in agribusiness, but with an unequivocal vocation for the commercial and retail world. The intersection between agricultural technical knowledge and sales skills is what defines success in this role.
