We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in the commercial and customer service world, someone who understands that modern banking is, first and foremost, about people and trust. Experience in promoting products and managing relationships is essential.

Essential Training and Knowledge

  • Certification: Holding a Professional Education and Training Certificate (FETC) in Business, Commerce and Management Studies is the starting point.
  • Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a commercial, customer service or related role banking/financial will be an important differentiator.
  • Technical Skills: Mastery of performance management tools and CRM systems. In-depth knowledge of retail and corporate banking products.
