Main Responsibilities and Lines of Action
The Human Resources Manager will assume leadership of the company's human capital operations, performing the following functions:
Strategic Management and Alignment: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the Cardholder's commercial and operational growth objectives Daily.
Attraction and Integration Cycle: Coordinate from end to end the recruitment, selection processes and the onboarding program for new employees.
Legal Compliance and Labor Relations: Manage employment contracts, monitor the instruction of disciplinary processes and ensure strict compliance with Mozambican labor legislation and standards internal.
Development and Performance: Design and monitor ongoing training plans, coordinate performance evaluation cycles and implement productivity improvement plans.
HR and Climate Operations: Supervise daily attendance control processes, vacation maps, licenses, remuneration and benefits policies, in addition to promoting initiatives focused on the organizational climate and well-being.
Indicator Analysis: Produce periodic reports and HR metrics (such as staff turnover rates, absenteeism and salary costs) to support General Management decisions.
Candidate Profile and Admission Requirements
Academic Training and Skills Techniques:
Academic Degree: Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or related areas.
Sectoral Knowledge: Solid technical knowledge of Mozambican Labor Legislation and associated administrative procedures (Labour Inspection, INSS, etc.).
Systems and IT: Proficiency in IT productivity tools (Office Package) and practical experience in using integrated Human Resources management systems (SISRH/Salary Sheet).
Practical Experience and Behavioral Profile:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience proven in performing similar HR management or supervisory functions.
Demonstrated track record in mediating labor disputes, managing multidisciplinary teams and designing talent development plans.
High analytical capacity, strategic thinking, organization and a strong sense of ethics and confidentiality in the processing of sensitive data.
