What we expect from you: essential requirements

  • Be resident in the province to which you are applying (Tete, Beira, Maputo, Maxixe or Mocuba).

  • Have completed secondary level (secondary education).

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, reception or similar functions (preferred).

  • Good verbal and written communication – you will deal directly with the public.

  • Professional presentation and posture impeccable.

  • Customer orientation and ability to solve problems efficiently.

  • Computer knowledge from the user's perspective: Microsoft Office, e-mail and management systems.

  • Resilience to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Organization, responsibility and attention to detail.

  • Spirit of team and good interpersonal relationships.

  • Availability for flexible hours, if necessary.

  • Experience in sales or commercial service (advantage).

  • Easy to negotiate and close sales.

  • Ability to achieve commercial goals.

  • Knowledge of the media and advertising market (preferred).

  • Driving license – essential.

What you will do on a daily basis: main responsibilities

  • Serve and provide information to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

  • Receive, register and forward orders, complaints and requests.

  • Record sales, payments and services, in accordance with internal procedures.

  • Promote the company's products and services, identifying sales opportunities.

  • Ensure the organization and smooth functioning of the service desk.

  • Prepare reports and account for the activities carried out.

  • Comply with the company's internal rules and procedures.
