What the role involves

As the Branch Manager, you will be primarily responsible for leading the agency towards exceptional performance. Your tasks will include:

  • Set and achieve objectives: take overall responsibility for the agency's performance targets, including revenues, balance sheet (assets and liabilities) and contribution to financial results.
  • Participate in strategic forums: actively contribute to the Regional Leadership Forum (FRL) and the Agency Leadership Forum (FLA), helping to define the strategic plan for the retail.
  • Manage the budget: maintain a healthy budget balance, ensuring that the agency's requirements are within standards and that low-quality assets are minimized.
  • Promote team involvement: work with all employees to ensure participation in the Employee Opinion Survey and develop the agency's action plan based on the results.
  • Develop talent: build a high-performance team through performance management tools, regular feedback and succession plans. Discuss and agree on performance evaluations with each member.
  • Manage training: identify training needs and succession plans for the team, promoting continuous growth.
  • Recruit: participate in the recruitment of new employees in coordination with the Human Resources Department.

The ideal profile

We are looking for a leader with Higher Degree in Accounting (required) and proven experience in sales and service management, preferably in the banking or retail sector. The ideal candidate must have:

  • Influential leadership skills and clear communication.
  • Orientation for results and operational excellence.
  • Experience in budget management and performance analysis.
  • Ability to develop teams and promote a high-performance environment.
