Role Vision: Strategic Impact
The holder of this position will have the primary mission of developing and implementing the stakeholder policy and the UBA brand experience strategy. This means thinking holistically about how each action – from a major corporate event to a local partnership – contributes to the bank's institutional narrative and growth objectives.
The main focus will be creating exceptional customer journeys. Imagine being able to design a customer's experience from the moment they enter a UBA-sponsored event to post-event interaction, ensuring that each step is coherent, engaging and reflects the brand's values. Daily Responsibilities and Concrete Challenges
The daily life of this professional is multifaceted and requires a combination of strategic vision and tactical execution. Among its main responsibilities are:
- Strategic Planning: Define and continually update the engagement strategy with the bank's key stakeholders, mapping collaboration opportunities.
- Concept Creation: Develop innovative concepts for corporate events, product launches, brand activations and sponsorship actions that generate buzz and real engagement.
- Partnership Management: Act as focal point for the negotiation, formalization and monitoring of partnership and sponsorship agreements, ensuring compliance with mutual objectives.
- Execution and Logistics: Oversee the logistical execution of events and activations, working closely with agencies, suppliers and other internal areas.
- Analysis and Reporting: Monitor specific brand experience KPIs such as participation rate, customer feedback, social media reach and, crucially, the impact on investment ROI.
- Content Generation: Collaborate in the creation of communication materials that reinforce the narrative of events and partnerships, ensuring visual and message coherence.
The Ideal Profile: What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, we are looking for a professional with a solid academic foundation and proven practical experience. The ideal candidate has:
- Academic Training: Degree in Management, Marketing, Communication or similar field. A specialization or additional training in Event Management or Digital Marketing will be considered a significant advantage.
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the banking or financial sector, preferably in roles directly linked to marketing, public relations, event management or partnerships. This requirement is fundamental to understanding the regulation, rhythm and specificities of the environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced skills in event planning and logistics, management of complex projects with multiple stakeholders and, crucially, data analysis to extract insights and prepare clear and actionable reports.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellence in oral and written communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, results-oriented creative thinking and a proactive, detail-oriented stance.
- Digital Profile: Mastery of project management and analysis tools, as well as familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing metrics.
