The Impact of Your Role at SAGASI Energies
As a Sales Supervisor, you will not just be a goal manager; It will be the engine that drives our team’s high-performance culture. You will act as the bridge between company strategy and field execution, providing valuable mentoring, analyzing performance data and implementing continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities and Scope of Role
Your responsibilities cover the entire commercial management cycle, from strategic conception to tactical execution on the ground. You will be responsible for:
- Lead and Coordinate the Sales Team: Directly supervise the team, promoting a collaborative, ethical work environment focused on exceeding objectives.
- Develop and Implement Commercial Strategies: Develop detailed action plans to increase sales, expand the customer base and explore new market opportunities in the solar industry.
- Set Goals and Track Performance: Establish clear, measurable and challenging sales goals, conducting regular follow-up meetings and providing constructive feedback.
- Ensure Achievement of Business Objectives: Closely monitor results, analyze KPIs and take corrective actions to ensure that company targets are met or exceeded.
- Perform Field Monitoring: Carry out regular visits to customers and potential customers, supporting salespeople in critical negotiations and demonstrating practical leadership.
- Prepare Periodic Reports: Prepare detailed performance reports for management, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement and sales forecasts.
- Promote Training and Development: Identify training needs, conduct coaching sessions and create career development plans for team members.
Essential Requirements for Success
To prosper in this challenging position, we are looking for a profile with solid proven experience and high-level technical and behavioral skills.
Training and Experience
- Formal Education: Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 (three) years in supervisory or direct management roles in sales teams, preferably in the B2B sector or with technical products.
- Proof of Leadership: Proven experience in developing and motivating commercial teams to achieve and exceed ambitious goals.
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong aptitude for negotiation and creative conflict resolution.
- Results Orientation: Winning mentality, with a strong focus on meeting goals and generating revenue.
- Technological Mastery: Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office package (Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for strategic presentations and Word for reports).
- Competitive Advantage: Possession of a valid driving license will be considered a significant advantage, facilitating travel for field monitoring.
