The Function and Its Impact

As a Cashier, you will be the financial face of Farmácia Viva Saúde, ensuring the efficiency and integrity of all transactions. This is a highly responsible role that requires meticulous attention to detail, impeccable communication skills and an exemplary professional demeanor. Your day-to-day life directly contributes to the positive customer experience and the financial health of the organization.

Main Responsibilities

Your duties will be wide-ranging and challenging, including:

• Accurate Transaction Processing: Carry out billing for healthcare services and products, ensuring the correct application of prices and discounts.
• Cash Management: Be responsible for opening, closing and daily reconciliation of cash, ensuring total transparency.
• Excellent Customer Service: Provide clear information about prices and payments, resolving queries with professionalism and empathy.
• Integration with Systems: Use point of sale (POS) management software to record sales and generate reports.
• Collaboration with the Team: Work together with pharmacists and administrative staff to ensure smooth processes.
