Responsibilities and Impact of the Role

As a Warehouse Keeper, you will be the guardian of stock and the guarantor of logistical efficiency for the northern branch. Your main responsibilities include:

• Rigorous management of goods inflows and outflows, ensuring the accuracy of all records.
• Periodic inventory control and reconciliation of physical balances with the system.
• Warehouse organization in accordance with best practices for storage and safety.
• Supervision of compliance with safety standards and product handling procedures.
• Support in order preparation and dispatch, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
• Preparation of stock reports and reporting to management.

Profile and Essential Competencies

We are looking for a professional with a secondary education level and proven experience in warehouse management. Above all, we value integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. The following are essential requirements:

• Solid knowledge of stock controland inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Wordfor data recording and analysis.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English(spoken and written) for communication with suppliers and teams.
• Availability for flexible hoursand teamwork.
• Knowledge of safety standardsin the warehouse.
• Willingness to learn and growprofessionally.
