What this role involves

The main focus will be to provide administrative and operational support, with close attention to smooth workflows and quality execution. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will help structure content for short in-person and online courses, while also supporting the implementation of business and training projects.

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital document archives;

  • Support the administrative handling of documents and internal processes;

  • Provide customer service and follow-up support;

  • Assist with the organization of training content and materials;

  • Collaborate on projects related to business, training, and administrative operations.

Skills and profile we are looking for

We are looking for someone with administrative or commercial experience, a strong sense of responsibility, and solid prioritization skills. Proficiency in productivity tools and familiarity with digital channels used for commercial support and communication are important for this role.

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or commercial role;

  • Basic or secondary-level academic qualifications;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including the use of Meta Ads, WhatsApp Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Canva, or TikTok for editing short-form videos;

  • Understanding of public procurement procedures;

  • Strong communication skills, discretion, professional ethics, and commitment to deadlines.

Knowledge of administrative management, experience with online learning platforms, and previous exposure to sales or client acquisition will be considered an advantage.
