We know what it is like to sort a hundred applications for one job. We built three things so that stops hurting:
When you move a candidate to another stage, the email and the WhatsApp message go out. You do not write to each person — and nobody waits months without knowing.
Top up your wallet by M-Pesa, e-Mola or bank transfer. The request is checked before the balance lands, and you always see the reference.
The company writes the questions and decides what counts. Each application gets a score from 0 to 100 based on the answers given, and the final call is always a person's.
