What people ask us before choosing a plan.
There are two distinct operations. When topping up your Prepaid Wallet, the amount paid is credited to your balance (minimum 1,500 MZN, the price of one job post). When subscribing to the Pro plan (4,500 MZN), the payment activates the plan for 30 days with a quota of 5 publications — it does not credit the wallet. For local methods, the request, receipt and administrative validation are required before credit or activation.
On the Free plan, each job accepts up to 50 applications and up to 3 screening questions. If you need more, you can subscribe to the Pro plan or top up your Prepaid Wallet in MZN at any time. No active job will be suspended without advance notice.
The advantage is reaching people where they already are — on every plan and with no cost per message. There is one rule we never break: we are never the first to write. The person starts the conversation with one tap on a button that already carries the message, and from then on we notify at every stage change. Email goes out regardless.
Top-ups follow a request, proof-of-payment and administrative validation flow. The free monthly job post does not accumulate: it resets at the start of each month and is consumed before your loaded balance. Documentation issued should be confirmed by the team according to the operation and applicable requirements.
It is a badge we grant after confirming the company tax number (NUIT), address and an official registration document, all reviewed by hand. Posting does not depend on it — any registered company can post. What it changes is what the candidate sees: in a list of jobs, the badge is what separates a real employer from someone collecting CVs, and it is the first signal that weighs on the decision to apply. It is free and optional, on any plan. It says we reviewed the business information submitted; it is not a guarantee of an offer or of future conduct.
A sponsored job sits above the others in the listing, in search and on the sector and province pages for 15 days, and carries a «Sponsored» label — because anyone applying is entitled to know that placement was paid for. It costs 1,500 MZN, the same as posting a job, and the Pro plan already includes 1 per cycle. It shows in the listing right away; the home page can take up to an hour. Sponsoring does not change the order of the jobs recommended to each candidate: that one is by fit with their profile, and it is not for sale.
