Inademy ATS is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform developed to digitize, organize, and optimize personnel recruitment and selection processes in the Republic of Mozambique. The service enables Employers to post jobs, set screening criteria, and manage candidate pipelines; and Candidates to submit CVs and track progress transparently.

Use of the Inademy ATS platform is fully subject to legislation in force in the Republic of Mozambique, including: Labour Law (Law No. 13/2023 of August 25), Electronic Transactions Law (Law No. 3/2017), and Mozambican constitutional standards.

3.1. Employers: Post lawful job offers respecting Article 5 of Law No. 13/2023 against discrimination. 3.2. Candidates: Provide accurate information and use the platform ethically.

Inademy ATS provides tech tools. Final hiring decisions and compliance with INSS obligations rest exclusively with the employer company.

Prices quoted in Meticais (MZN). Payments via Mobile Money (M-Pesa, e-Mola) or bank transfer with official NUIT invoices.

By using the platform, candidates consent to receiving transactional status updates via Email and WhatsApp.

All source code, trademarks, logos, and algorithms belong exclusively to Inademy ATS.
