For Candidates
Your data is only shared with the company you chose to apply to. You can request deletion of your files at any time.
For Companies
Your candidate database is private and isolated with role-based access privileges. We guarantee NUIT invoices.
2. What Data We Collect and How We Use It
2.1. Candidates: Full name, email, WhatsApp, province, CV, and screening answers.
2.2. Companies: Business ID, NUIT, recruiters, and MZN billing history.
3. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Data is processed exclusively for application management, dual transactional notifications (Email + WhatsApp), and MZN payments with NUIT invoices.
4. Rights of Data Subjects
We guarantee rights of access, rectification, erasure/right to be forgotten, and consent revocation at any time in profile settings.
5. Third-Party Data Sharing
Inademy ATS NEVER sells or commercializes personal data. Sharing is strictly limited to recruiting companies and essential tech providers.
6. Information Security and Encryption
End-to-end SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
7. Data Retention Period
Data retained while the account remains active. Inactivity over 24 months triggers advance notification prior to secure deletion.
