A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent is required, with preference given to technical-vocational training in Secretarial Studies, Administration, Executive Assistance, or a related field. At least three years of proven experience in secretarial and management support roles is required.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office at user level, fluency in Portuguese and English, and Mozambican nationality are also required.
A high sense of honesty, discipline, ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality is also valued. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage priorities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, emotional stability, and the ability to work under pressure.
