What the role involves
As an HR Assistant, you will be the right hand of the supervisor in managing daily administrative and human resources tasks. Your main responsibilities include:
Support daily office administrative tasks: purchasing supplies, expense reimbursements, equipment maintenance and general support for office operations.
Manage HR processes: attendance control, leave and license administration, payroll preparation and distribution.
Coordinate visas and legal procedures for foreign employees, ensuring compliance and smooth documentation flow.
Act in employee relations: internal communication, disciplinary management, and support in resolving basic labor conflicts.
Perform other administrative and HR tasks delegated by the supervisor, always focusing on efficiency and good organization.

Your daily routine will be dynamic and varied, between the office and interaction with teams. The working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, with a two-hour break at noon, allowing a balance between productivity and rest. What profile makes sense

Previous experience in administration, HR operations, or visa processing for foreigners (valued).
Knowledge of labor relations, conflict coordination, or team management is an advantage.
