As an HR Assistant, you will be the right hand of the supervisor in managing daily administrative and human resources tasks. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support daily office administrative tasks: purchasing supplies, expense reimbursements, equipment maintenance and general support for office operations.

  • Manage HR processes: attendance control, leave and license administration, payroll preparation and distribution.

  • Coordinate visas and legal procedures for foreign employees, ensuring compliance and smooth documentation flow.

  • Act in employee relations: internal communication, disciplinary management, and support in resolving basic labor conflicts.

  • Perform other administrative and HR tasks delegated by the supervisor, always focusing on efficiency and good organization.
