About Dynamis Trading

Dynamiss, Lda. is a growing company based in Matola that sells and distributes domestic solar systems. Technology underpins that expansion: digital platforms, networks and supporting equipment back both the commercial and the field operations. Your role is to keep that IT support stable so that the departments and the field teams can work without technical interruptions.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a person with a passion for technology, rigour and a knack for problem-solving, who enjoys helping colleagues use everyday digital tools. You will move between the office and the field, so readiness for service missions is part of the role.

We also value the patience to explain technical concepts to people with different levels of confidence with computers, attention to detail in managing accounts, subscriptions and renewal deadlines, and the habit of documenting what was done so the team has a record of every resolution.

In a growing company, this role carries real weight: every fault resolved in time keeps the commercial operation running and keeps customers' systems working. Your work connects the office to the field and makes technology an advantage for the team, not an obstacle.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Support colleagues with the use of computers, applications and the company's digital tools, answering questions and fixing the small faults that come up.
• Investigate and resolve faults on computers, printers, internet connectivity and internal networks.
• Install, configure and keep up to date the equipment and software used by the team.
• Keep an eye on how the networks run and suggest improvements that make connectivity and services faster.
• Manage accounts, subscriptions and services contracted with suppliers, without letting renewal deadlines slip.
• Implement information-security and data-protection measures, and control access to the systems.
• Contribute to the choice of equipment and technology solutions that make sense for the company.
• Support the users of the company's digital platforms — CRM, PaygGops, Agent App and End Location.
• Assist field technicians and sales agents in using those platforms, and help run training sessions.
• Prepare periodic reports that show what was done, the problems found and the solutions applied.
