In practice, the work revolves around the flow of goods: you receive what arrives from suppliers and drivers, control what goes out in orders, and support stock.

You will work closely with the store teams, with the drivers and motorbike riders who run the routes, and with the customers who order. The role demands care in the detail — in what comes in, what goes out and what is already logged in the system — as well as speed and organisation.

What links these operations is logistics: every order, from the first contact with the customer to delivery, goes through records, stock and dispatch. It is precisely this link that the group wants to strengthen with this role in Matola City, so that routes, stores and e-commerce run without bottlenecks.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who enjoys logistics and customer-facing work — at home at the counter, in the warehouse and in dispatch, and eager to learn the operation from the inside. Practical fit matters more than the title on your CV: what we care about is the person who organises themselves, stays calm and takes care of the details.

It is a fast-paced role in which attention to detail and patience under pressure make the difference, especially during demand peaks — campaigns, promotions and festive dates. Do you enjoy dealing with people (customers, suppliers, drivers) and working as a team, lending a hand when things get busy? Then this is your place.

Day-to-day responsibilities

On a typical day, the work is divided between receiving what arrives, logging it in the system, preparing the orders that go out, and attending business customers by message or by phone. It is a pace in which speed and accuracy go hand in hand: you neither delay dispatch nor leave a record incomplete.

• Support the receiving and checking of goods arriving from suppliers and drivers, validating quantities, shelf life and the condition of each product before it enters the warehouse.
• Enter every product in-and-out in the Krolyc system, keeping stock up to date.
• Support the picking, packing and dispatch of orders for B2C and B2B customers.
• Support store stock control and restocking with the official suppliers.
• Coordinate with drivers the sending out of orders, respecting each one's route, deadline and time slot.
• Receive from drivers, at the end of each route, the products and the corresponding documents, and check everything.
• Attend to business customers on WhatsApp, email and phone calls, as the first line of support.
• Provide extra support during demand peaks, especially in campaigns, promotions and festive dates.
