What you will do

The job is on-site in Nampula, driving heavy-duty vehicles in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) delivery operation. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Inspect each heavy vehicle before departure, following the maintenance plan and filling out the pre-trip form.
• Protect the vehicle and cargo at all times, in any location, adhering to legal and company rules.
• Deliver product and containers to the right place at the right time, following instructions and the route plan.
• Count everything loaded onto and off the trucks; sign and issue delivery documents.
• Meet fuel targets per 100 km, keep fuel logs in order, and submit reports on time.
• Drive safely and work to eliminate bottle breakage — the client's product is sensitive to handling.
• Apply VPO safety pillar rules: personal protective equipment, traffic flow, and control of unsafe acts or conditions.
• End the shift with a secure site, applying 5S and problem-solving tools.
