What you will do daily

Welcome drivers, verify their identity and account or subscription status in the system, and explain the service, pricing, and rules.
Perform or assist with the battery swap, confirm it fits properly, and ensure the vehicle starts before the customer leaves.
Inspect every returned battery for damage to the body, connectors, moisture, overheating, or seals, logging any anomalies.
Ensure every swap is registered and paid for — mobile wallet, card, or cash — and reconcile cash/payments at the end of the shift with a report.
Monitor available charged batteries and the charge status of each slot to avoid battery shortages during peak hours.
Immediately isolate and quarantine any battery showing damage, alarm, or heating, and notify the supervisor and workshop.
Log shift occurrences, out-of-service batteries, and equipment breakdowns in the shift logbook or app.
Handle 1st-level complaints and escalate the rest to the supervisor.
Promote company offerings — products and services — and gather suggestions and feedback from drivers.
Daily check charging cabinets, wiring, lighting, ventilation, and power supply, and keep the station clean, tidy, and well-marked.
Keep technical areas closed to unauthorized personnel and comply with safety standards when handling lithium batteries.

We are looking for someone skilled in customer service and cash management. In this role, customers see the person, not just the uniform: trust when handing over and collecting batteries, along with attention to detail, matters more than a degree on the wall.

You don't need experience in electric vehicles — Épsilon Mobilidade provides initial training to get you up and running in operations, lithium battery safety, and customer service.
