The essentials: AGL Moçambique, in partnership with the Catholic University of Mozambique, is opening registrations for the 2nd Edition of the AGL 2026 Talent Pitch — a recruitment event for young talent. It takes place on 13 November 2026, at the UCM extension in Nacala, Nampula province.
CVs are accepted until 2 November 2026, to MZ003-Infos.recrutamento_mocambique@aglgroup.com. No professional experience is required: the event is for final-year and recently graduated tertiary students.
The Talent Pitch is an event created to put recent graduates and final-year tertiary students in direct contact with one of Mozambique's largest integrated logistics companies. AGL Moçambique, in partnership with the Catholic University of Mozambique, uses the initiative to identify and recruit young talent for the job market. It is the first step for those who want to start a career in logistics and in other fields.
The idea is simple: the candidate presents themselves, shows their profile and takes part in live interviews. It is not a closed contest or a bureaucratic process — it is a morning and an afternoon in which the company talks directly with whoever applies.
In practice it gets to see what kind of talent it is looking for. Whoever takes part gets the chance to get to know AGL up close, talk with the professionals and understand how the world of integrated logistics works.
On the event date, the UCM extension in Nacala hosts the 2nd Edition of the Talent Pitch. The schedule runs from 08h30 to 15h00. Across the morning and afternoon you will find four main components:
The employability workshop helps you present your profile better. It is there so you can work out how to position yourself in the market and how to highlight your skills in a recruitment setting.
Networking opens doors to talk with people who work in the field. They are professionals who can guide your career decisions and answer practical questions about day-to-day life in logistics.
The event is aimed at final-year and recently graduated tertiary students. No professional experience is needed to take part — the focus is on discovering young people with potential and preparing them for the job market. If you recently finished your degree or you are about to finish, this is the moment to present yourself.
AGL is looking for talent across several fields of study, from the social sciences to engineering. The full list of eligible fields is in the requirements section. If your course is not explicitly on the list but is relevant to logistics, transport, management or accounting, it is worth applying and explaining how you fit.
