What each sector pays, what it demands, and how people get in.
Choosing a sector is a different decision from choosing a job: it changes which qualification is worth taking, which certifications carry weight, where in the country the work is, and the order of magnitude of the salary. This section has one guide per sector, written to the same structure so they can be compared side by side.
Each guide answers the same questions: what roles exist, from entry to the top; what qualification or certification is required in practice rather than merely in the advert; which provinces the jobs are in; and what salary ranges the adverts show. Mining, energy and gas, banking and financial services, healthcare and pharmacy, technology, construction and engineering, accounting and audit, hospitality and tourism, agriculture and agro-processing, transport and logistics, and NGOs are all covered.
