3R is seeking an Administrative Manager to strengthen coordination across the areas of Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Monitoring, and HSE. This role is suited to professionals with solid experience in operational and administrative management, capable of supporting teams, improving processes, and ensuring that the company’s critical activities move forward with organization, rigor, and alignment with defined objectives.

Work location: Machava-Bedene
Schedule: from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break
Availability: immediate

Role overview

The selected professional will play a central role in supervising administrative routines and supporting decision-making, ensuring the smooth operation of the departments under their responsibility. The role requires the ability to analyze operations, guide teams, support clients and strategic partners, and contribute to the execution of the company’s strategic plan.

  • Supervise the work of the Administration, HR, Finance, Monitoring, and HSE teams

  • Promote clear communication and collaboration between departments

  • Maintain relationships with major clients and partners

  • Improve and implement internal procedures with a focus on quality

  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings

  • Prepare monthly reports and quarterly presentations for management bodies

  • Draft contracts, proposals, and memoranda for clients

  • Support the motivation and organization of the operational team

Key responsibilities

Financial management

  • Oversee the monthly and ad hoc invoicing process

  • Monitor payments from major clients

  • Review bank reconciliations and financial reports

  • Prepare payments to suppliers, employees, and third parties

  • Act as the focal point between the contracted accounting firm and 3R Limitada

  • Carry out procurement tasks in accordance with internal policies

  • Supervise the financial work of Administrative Officers and Assistants

  • Manage the external audit process

Human Resources

  • Supervise, approve, and sign off on monthly payroll processes

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding of new employees

  • Follow up on disciplinary processes

  • Review and approve monthly HR reports

Monitoring and HSE

  • Supervise the tasks of monitoring officers and assistants

  • Analyze data monitoring reports

Desired profile

  • University degree in Administration and Business Management or related fields

  • At least 5 years of experience in the field

  • Experience in data analysis, business management, financial management, and human resources

  • Proficiency in Excel and the other Microsoft Office tools

  • Familiarity with applications, internet, and email

  • Intermediate level of English will be an advantage
