Commercial Promoters for Lead Generation and Direct Sales Vacancies

NEUCE Mozambique, a leading company in the paints and varnishes sector, is recruiting a Commercial Promoter for the Beira and Chimoio regions. This role is ideal for someone with a sales profile, who enjoys direct contact with customers and knows how to turn opportunities into sales, while also maintaining organization at the point of sale and attention to service quality.

Role overview

The selected professional will work with both individual and business customers, focusing on sales growth, customer portfolio management, and the quality of the in-store experience. The position combines sales activity, operational support, and control of processes related to cash handling, stock, and inventory.

Main responsibilities

• Provide sales support to B2C and B2B customers, with an approach focused on sales conversion.

• Actively manage and develop the customer portfolio.

• Ensure the smooth operation of the point of sale, including cash management and administrative-financial support.

• Control stock and participate in inventory counts, with accuracy and attention to procedures.

• Ensure fast, organized service focused on customer satisfaction.

Profile and requirements

• 12th grade completed; training in Marketing and Sales will be an advantage.

• 1 to 3 years of experience in the commercial area.

• Experience in the construction materials sector will be valued.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Knowledge of the PHC system is preferred.

• Knowledge of stock management and inventory procedures.

• Good communication, influence, and negotiation skills.

• Valid driver's license.

• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.

• Preferred age range: between 25 and 30 years old.
