AJAD is recruiting 12 Community Activists to work in Lugela, Zambézia Province, under the BREVE-OSSONGOLO Project. About the role

The selected professionals will strengthen AJAD’s community initiatives in Lugela by supporting outreach, awareness-raising, and follow-up activities with beneficiary communities. This role is well suited to candidates with genuine ties to the local area, strong communication skills in Portuguese and local languages, and basic knowledge of social and protection issues.

Candidate profile

  • 12th grade education or equivalent; training in health-related fields will be considered an advantage

  • Age between 18 and 35 years

  • At least 2 years of experience in community-based activities

  • Fluency in Portuguese and local languages

  • Resident of Lugela

  • Basic knowledge of SRHR, child protection, and safeguarding
