  • Ensure compliance with each country’s labor legislation and PSI internal policies, including employee relations, benefits, and support for organizational adjustment processes when necessary.

  • Oversee office administration, including vendors, facilities, supplies, travel, and visas.

  • Ensure the updating and implementation of institutional security protocols, with contingency plans, training, and incident reporting.

  • Manage and develop the HR and Administration team, including focal points in different countries.

Desired profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Labor Law, Organizational Psychology, or a similar field.

  • A master’s degree will be an advantage, although it is not required.

  • At least 8 to 10 years of experience in human resources leadership, preferably in international NGOs or organizations with a presence in multiple countries.

  • Proven experience in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and labor compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

  • Ability to interpret data and turn it into practical decisions and sustained improvements.

  • Experience in administrative management, operational coordination, and institutional security in multi-location environments.

  • Fluency required in Portuguese and English.
