Hiring the three technicians aims precisely at reinforcing the company's technical and operational capacity in the field.

The district

Alto-Molocué is the district where the company is headquartered and where the three positions will be based in the field. The work is on-site: the technician travels to local farmers by motorbike, supports them during the growing season, and promotes good agricultural practices.

Having a motorbike driver's license and knowing the local language facilitate building relationships with the communities you will support, and being a local resident of the district is a strong advantage for the company.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a person with a technical background in agriculture who feels comfortable in the field and working with rural communities. The ideal candidate travels easily by motorbike, as traveling between farmers is the main working tool.

Communicates clearly, takes responsibility seriously, and handles the pace of field work. You will be Agro-Mmico's technical point of contact with the farmers of Alto-Molocué.

Prior experience is not mandatory: a mid-level diploma (Nível Médio) in Agriculture/Livestock, Rural Extension, Agronomy, or Agribusiness is the entry requirement, and experience in corn and soybean seed production counts as an advantage during selection.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Support farmers in the field and promote good agricultural practices.
• Work on certified corn and soybean seed production and increase productivity.
• Support mechanization and agricultural service provision for local crops.
• Support the company's agricultural inputs sales activities.
• Strengthen local capacities among district farmers.
• Cover operational areas by motorbike to reach all supported farmers.
