The essentials: You will support the District Service of Health, Women and Social Action and the surveillance teams in Angoche and Nacala-Porto districts in the activities of FHI 360's EpiC Global Health Security project — full-time, on-site work. In addition to these tasks, you will support the implementation and monitoring of technical strengthening initiatives in districts and health facilities: regular mentorship follow-up with teams and documentation of activities according to organization policies.

Travel: 25 to 50% of your time, across 3 to 4 assigned districts — health services, communities, and district services, including hard-to-reach areas.
Office/Field: prolonged screen and keyboard use, periods sitting or standing. No direct reports; you will work under general guidelines for routine tasks and detailed guidelines for new activities.
Tools: laptop, mobile phone, Office 365, SharePoint, Zoom/Teams, electronic surveillance and data collection platforms.
Salary: USD 28,000–36,000 annual base; final offer considers experience and education, internal equity, market, and budget.
