Strix & Ratio is an organization dedicated to developing professionals through rigorous learning programs. It is looking for a Programs & Operations Coordinator to join the team in Maputo, on site, with a full working schedule.

What you will do

• Manage the full logistics of each program edition — dates, venue selection, travel and individual follow-up of every participant — so that everything runs without surprises;
• Gather and process participant feedback, and turn what you hear into concrete improvements in the next editions;
• Drive the alumni community, keeping graduates connected to the organization and to each other;
• Contribute to the growth of the business and of partnerships, alongside the team that closes the agreements;
• Check and guarantee the quality of the materials before they reach participants;
• Manage institutional communications — social media and newsletters — so the organization stays consistently visible.

In practice, this role bridges strategy and the ground of the operation: programs reach their destination because someone keeps the details aligned.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone used to running operations: someone at ease with logistics, deadlines and people, and who keeps processes organized. The post sets the formal requirements — education, experience, languages and IT — in the requirements section; what matters here is the attitude.

It is not a closed-office desk job: you will mix scheduling, travel, materials and communications. You will be the person the team reaches out to when something threatens an edition's calendar, and the one who solves it before it reaches the participant.

The work happens with teams and partners, in Portuguese and in English, spoken and written. Details matter: a misaligned schedule or a material with a mistake affects the participant directly.
